Ricky Lau is the Founder and the Principal of Lau & Co, Solicitors & Notaries. He has a wealth of knowledge and a wide range of experience in all disciplines of a solicitor's general practice. Over the years, Ricky has accrued significant experience in complex civil and criminal litigation, having represented clients and appeared in both civil and criminal courts. He maintains a busy business law practice, advising entrepreneurs and businesses, from small enterprises to listed companies, on a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial law and regulatory matters, as well as representing them in drafting and litigating all kinds of commercial contracts. He also has an active family law practice and has obtained financial compensation for many people suffering from personal injury. In addition, Ricky routinely handles probate and intellectual property matters. Apart from being a solicitor, he is a Notary Public, China-Appointed Attesting Officer and Civil Celebrant of Marriages.
Ricky is currently a member of the Legal Aid Panel (both civil and criminal cases). He served as a member of Disciplinary Panel (Panel A) of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a Panel member of the Free Legal Advice Service Scheme provided by the Hong Kong Housing Society. He is the legal advisor of various corporations, organizations and Incorporated Owners. Previously, he was an independent non-executive director and company secretary for different listed and private companies, and also served as a school manager for a secondary school. When he is not practicing law, Ricky spends the majority of his time with his wife and two kids.

Felix Kuan is a highly experienced lawyer with over 20 years of practice. He focuses primarily on litigation, representing clients in a wide variety of civil and criminal cases, including probate disputes, shareholders' disputes, contractual disputes, cross-border trade disputes, debt collection, family law issues, land issues, employment matters, personal injury claims, and commercial crimes.

Jenna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Japanese Studies, a Juris Doctor (J.D.), and a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL) from The Chinese University of Hong Kong. Prior to joining Lau & Co., she developed a strong foundation in general practice during her training contract, handling civil and criminal litigation, family law, and conveyancing. Since being admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Hong Kong, Jenna has expanded her expertise at the firm to include personal injury claims, construction cases, employment disputes and building management disputes and providing clients with well-rounded and dedicated legal representation.
